VTB & Co. is owned and operated by a registered business. We sell custom print-on-demand products manufactured and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify.

We currently sell and ship products only within the United States.

2. Orders

All products are made to order after your purchase is completed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner and shipped within the United States.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Because every item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Incorrect color selected
  • Buyer’s remorse

Refunds or free replacements are available only if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The package is confirmed lost in transit.

To submit a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

6. Product Appearance

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process.

Minor differences in print placement are considered normal and are not defects.

7. Intellectual Property
