Proof Required

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

If your order did not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier before issuing a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected during checkout.
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Minor variations in print placement or color due to the printing process or monitor differences.
