We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the shipping destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
